Following the study of 11 different existing buildings for lease, and the analysis of multiple sites for new construction, The City of Winston-Salem selected ADA as the Architect for this new Police District Office.

The facility contains a secure lobby with an adjacent security / administration space, command staff offices, 2 conference rooms, 2 interview rooms, squad room, break area, work room, patrol officer cubicles and standing workstations, fitness room and locker room.
