The LJVM Coliseum is a mid-sized entertainment and sports arena built in 1989. This addition contained two components: expansion and renovation of the meeting room and administrative facilities, and new parking lot traffic canopies.

The meeting room and administrative component doubled the original space for those two functions. A new administrative reception lobby was added, as was a large board room, and three large meeting rooms, each served by a pre-function space. Two of the meeting rooms join each other and open up into one large room when needed. One meeting room is accentuated with a marble floor, raised panel cherry wainscoting and a granite topped cherry bar.

The two traffic canopies serve as featured entries and provide cover for the parking transactions.

This was the first of 25 projects between ADA and the LJVM Coliseum over a 15-year period.
