Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt is a franchised frozen yogurt shop based on the Fully Rely On God concept (FROG). This location had previously been operating as an ice cream shop. This gave us the capability to capitalize on some of the existing infrastructure for a smooth and rapid conversion.

ADA worked with the franchisee to document the existing conditions and to develop a new plan that used as much of the ice cream shop layout as possible. All of the kitchen remained, as did a large portion of the ceiling and serving line. Several seating enhancements were included in the final design.

Turn-around time was also critical. The design and permit drawing packages were completed in 10 days. The building permit process required an additional 8 days, representing a complete time span of less than 3 weeks.
