ADA worked with Venture Properties to design this 4-tenant retail building, while tailoring the design to the 4 known tenants (Starbuck’s, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Mattress Warehouse, and a nail salon).

The design contains a drive through and covered outdoor dining for the coffee shop and allows for future division of the large mattress shop. As an infill project with its back facing the street, the design had to present four sides successfully.
