This new medical facility is a build-out of a shell building designed previously by ADA for Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital.

The plan provides a waiting room for 35 with three private check-in stations, 8 exam rooms, 10 regular infusion rooms arranged in 2 suites, 2 private infusion rooms, 2 general offices, 1 PA office, 2 providers’ offices, pharmacy, 3 nurse work areas, and staff lounge with separate entrance.

The design is built around the concept of a pleasant and supportive environment for patients and their families / caregivers.

During the design phase, ADA worked closely with the WFU Baptist Health staff, the stakeholders responsible for operating the completed facility, as well as specialty equipment providers.
